AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out quicker than expected. We will always try our best to rectify this, and you can always contact us directly and we will see what we can arrange for you.
DELIVERY
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such cases we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. Prices outside of EU do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Your payment of the price (inclusive of VAT if applicable) and shipping charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods. Payment of any customs duties and/or taxes is payable according to the import laws of the destination country.

Except as may be implied by law where the you (as the buyer) are dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us (as the seller), your remedies shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the applicable price of the goods sold to you and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
WAIVER
No waiver by us (as the seller), whether express or implied, in enforcing any of our rights under these terms and conditions shall prejudice our rights to do so in the future.
FORCE MAJEURE
We (as the seller) shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.
SEVERANCE
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us. We do need to know if things go wrong so we can continue to improve our customer service. All complaints can be addressed to our email.
Shipping & Payment Info
Once your order has been placed, Liforme will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our little shop.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!
If you would like to return your products for refund or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that you contact us first so that we can organise the return of your package with our designated courier. For non-faulty items, please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of gift wrap, initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
We kindly ask for your consideration of environmental sustainability when making online purchases. deCommune are concerned, particularly, with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to have the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary wastage of resources. It's very important to us that we manage returns efficiently, which is why we'd always prefer to discuss the matter with you first.
